Impressive windmill fan
Excuse the 2 tone ceiling, in the process of painting. This fan does indeed make a statement. Purchased the optional light kit because we had nothing overhead in the room.We considered other windmill fans before we found this one much cheaper than those $3000 ones.Installation is straightforward, fan is large and heavy so a solid mount box is a must.I cut 4" off the down rod so that the fan hugs the ceiling more. Fan cannot be flush mounted to the ceiling in case anyone is curious because the filter and interface module fits inside the mounting bracket. Fan kit comes with everything needed and instructions are clear. The optional light kit comes with 2 60w bulbs and give off good lighting. It took me about 3 hours start to finish.Fan gives off plenty of air even at low rpm's. Motor is absolutely silent. No balance or vibration.Remote control easy to use, controls fan speed, direction , on/off and lights ( if applicable). The only thing I'd improve is making the safety anchor cable longer making for an easier attachment to a joist. If you're in the market for a windmill type fan, definitely take a look at this one.

Great Fan
This fan is just what we were looking for! It's moves the air with virtually no noise. It looks nice and seems to be of good quality. We've had it up a couple weeks, so I can't speak to the longevity of it. The remote works well, but does seem a little flimsy. Installation was average for any fan I think. It does have several parts, but the instructions were clear and in English (not just drawings or poorly translated, broken English) so they were easy to follow. If you like the style, I highly recommend it!

Really nice fan
This is a really nice fan and the optional light made a great all-in-one for our vaulted ceiling. We wanted it to hang a bit lower so got a longer beam. Its good on setting 1 or 2 out of 6 but anything faster and it wobbles pretty badly. Like any fan, getting it perfectly balanced is black magic. This is amplified with a longer beam and a larger fan. It comes with those little clips but I've never had success with them. Somebody needs to invent a gadget that attaches to a fan and tells the contractor how much weight and where to balance the fan, just like tires are balanced.

Amazing deco fan this is super quiet and beutiful
Really love this fan, cheaper than alternatives that look similar. I had a friend install, and it went quickly, and instructions were great. This fan is more complex and has many pieces, so that is important. Doesn't need to be balanced!! Only think I've noticed is that it is "smart", so when I start it up with the remote, it seems to hesitate for a second or two, even briefly reverse direction a time or two, and then it get going. No quirks after startup, and this is a very minor thing, almost amusing! Probably has to do with smart sensors inside.I would buy this again without hesitation.

Fabulous Rustic Windmill
Wow, this fan is a beast, a little tricky to install, but beautiful to look at. As far as function:1. 6 speeds, but not as powerful as the Hunter brands.2. Can hook up to Wi-Fi and control via Alexa through the Bond app from Apple App Store, if you purchase the option P2673-01 Wi-Fi module to attach to the receiver it comes with. A lot of research finding out, because the manual/specs of this fan model did not indicate it had the ability. I literally called the manufacturer, which was hard to reach, unless you were their Distributor. Hint call their Progressive Lighting distributor in New York; they got to the manufacturer in minutes. All in all a good fan and the aesthetics are pleasing to the eye and will bring the uniqueness to one’s home adding value in the future should you attempt to sell your home in this obscene Realestate market. Just be prepared to take a whole day perhaps putting it together and installing it, unless you hire someone mechanically/technically inclined.

Looks Incredible!
One of my favorite purchases in a long time. Love this fan. What a statement piece. Lots of assembly, but worth the look. 5 speed control is a great feature. Installing at 30 feet was a little tricky. Surprised how balanced the fan was, for being that large and with such a long downrod. Not sure why some reviews state it does not move air. If you put it on high feels like a wind tunnel. Super quiete!
