Excellent capacity in the main compartment where I store my colored gel pens. Black pens are stored individually in specific holders. The double zipper allows the case to open and close without any strain or pull. The zippers are large and sturdy! There is also an outside pocket where stuff can go without having to open the entire case. I also noticed that the bottom is "double bound" so it rests on my desk evenly. My case is brand new so I am not even sure yet what I will put in the outside pocket, but it is padded so anything can safely go there! I love this case! The handle is well secured and has just the right amount of space for my hand to go under it but not so much that it "flops over."I am very particular about the mechanical pencils, the pens, the erasers and rules that I keep on hand. I am just as particular about a case. I spent quite some time looking for the right one. This is it! I also journal so I keep washii tape and stickers in the compartments inside.This case is highly recommended !

I was concerned about quality when I received this bag, but boy was I wrong.The craftsmanship is almost impeccable. The dual zipper seemed to work well when I zipped/unzipped over and over in various ways. I LOVE the heathered sunset golden yellow of the Oxford fabric. The grip feels...comfortable.As a roaming artist, I knew I needed a convenient yet efficient "toolbox" that would serve many purposes. I believe RoyLive may have provided this toolbox. I store four pencils, two fineliners, two gel pens, brush pen, calligraphy pen, two long dual brush/fine point pens, a watercolor travel brush, a Sharpie, three erasers, a pencil sharpener, and a roll of Washi tape, a small ruler, and room to spare!The only possible design feature I would be concerned about is hardly being able to fit anything larger than a small eraser or maybe one pen/cil in the outer front zip pocket. Yes, I have a lot of supplies in the inside, but it claims to hold 60 pens. This is not a deal-breaker for me since that wasn't the main reason I bought it. Instead, I just open up my case and have everything there at my disposal without opening/closing the top.Really happy with the purchase at an affordable price. Will update if any future unreasonable issues arise.

I learn through note taking. I hated trying to find the perfect pen (I like color coding) in a flat pencil case or, worse, a hard shell case that was super bulky. This little case is so adorable I've considered getting one as a purse! Check out everything I can get in here: 10 fine pt sharpies, 2 regular sharpies, 3 skinny highlighters, 1 fat highlighter, 3 ink pens, 2 mechanical pencils, 1 lipstick and 1 big eraser. Then in the zipper and velcro pockets: 3 thumb drives, a large eraser, white out roll, pencil lead case, and lightning to ear phones adapter. Check out my pics. Oh! I almost forgot! There's a zipper part on the outside that I have a tape measure in in case I have to measure something.

I chose this case because of the extra storage pocket on the outside of the lid and because of the hand strap. I wish there were molle straps along the bottom and sides enabling it to be attached to a backpack with molle clips. The outdoor is great. The material feels durable. I do wish it came in a solid black color though. The inside, on the other hand, was a little less than I what I had expected. I personally think done design changes should be made. After I posted my initial review of this item I was contacted by the company whom, for my honesty, felt that it was necessary to remedy the situation. I have to say that I am very pleased with how quickly and efficiently things have been handled. Good job guys (gals). Have them an extra star just for the awesome customer service 👍🏻🌟🌟🌟🌟

I like the sturdy, clothe material and general organization inside. However, since I am using it primarily as a case to carry multiple pencils, pens, and highlighters; I would have liked to have more places to store them securely. You might want to consider adding 5 more small elastic bands for pencils/pens on the opposite side of the board with the existing 5 bands. That way, a customer can have the extra spaces if needed or not use if so desired.

Really love this case. I use it to hold my microns and it works great. Love the yellow color more like a mustard color. There was a tiny loose thread when I got it but no biggie. Really like the case may buy some more of them to hold my colored pencils and my markers and brush tips.

I absolutely love my pencil case! It is sturdy and feels like it will last me a long time. The only disappointment was that the elastic loops are too big for my favorite pens and pencils. Also, the little removable divider isn’t very sturdy on it’s own and pens keep sliding underneath. But overall I am very happy with the product!

My husband wanted a case where he could store some important documents while travelling. He insisted on a dual zip so he could lock the case. It was hard to find a small dual zip case, other than those ones that are designed to protect medication (and they weren't so attractive looking). This seems to have worked just fine, and I have heard no complaints from the husband. Obviously it is intended to be used as a pencil case, but it is quite roomy and held his passport and some other driver's license-sized cards.
