These were a great price for FR pants. But the denim is very stiff when you first get them. They weren't uncomfortable to wear, but folding them was a battle. Now that they have been washed several times they have softened up (NOT USING SOFTENER, OF COURSE!!).

So first of all these FR pants are great quality way better then Ariat Work FR. That being said Ariat work is expensive but so comfortable I would wear them even off the job site and they look nice. Bulwark FR pants are ugly, thick and hot but will outlast the Ariat work FR . So it depends on what your doing in the field.

Nice durable pair of FR pants. These are almost standard issue across most refineries/terminals. They fit just a little long (okay if wearing boots), and a bit small around the waist. I normally wear a 32/34. Wish I would have went up a waist size. There's no "give" in the pants, so they don't stretch. They're pretty stiff, too. Getting a size too small will limit mobility. IMHO, they're a bit too heavy for warmer weather.

Nice fit I normally wear carhart pants and they fit just like they do . I would have gave it five stars if it wasn't for the the button on the pants being plastic instead of metal
