This is one of the coolest things I've ever bought.Immediately you see the look: appearing very old, almost ancient — a saged veneer. And it sounds amazing. I'm learning it really matters where you hit it, and how hard in those certain spots, and you can get a lot of different sounds. This will be a long term source of joy for us.

The media could not be loaded. I wanted a gong that was smaller but also a deep sound and this is perfect! Small enough to wave over people in a sound bath yet gives a nice deep resonate tone. It also came earlier than expected which was a nice surprise.

I've been playing around with it and it sounds great. The looks of it is really ornate. I like the look of it. Good Value.

I bought the 14 inch size to balance out the triangle on the other side of my sound pole. I love the weathered look. I am also impressed with its sound. While i did not think it orchestral quality, it is pretty decent sounding.

I was concerned about the sound a small 6" gong would produce, but the tone is soothing and lovely, and the provided video was an accurate representation. Highly recommended.
