Q: What is the percentage of Hyaluronic acid, since I noticed it is listed as the 4th ingredient?

There is no way the percentage is 5% as the manufacturer answered below. That's a lie because as Joel below me said, hyaluronic acid becomes a gel at higher percentages than 2%. Serums are never more than 1% or 1.5% HA because of this. I will definitely not purchase from this company because they're obviously lying to the consumer.

Q: does this serum leave residues? I often experience residues with HA

I haven't noticed a residue. It does leave a film on your face until you add a moisturizer.

Q: does this company test on animals? I see it says VEGAN- but is it also Cruelty Free?

I called Insta Natural and asked if they test on animals and they said they do not test on animals. I hope this puts your mind at ease. I am very pleased with their products.

Writing this review after one & half month's regular use...dont expect much from this product. It has slight effect on wrinkles but does vanishes them completely niether it has any lightning effect on skin, absolutely not.

How they hike the prices of this serum its nothing do just like a ordinary serum.If anyone want to purchase good hylaronic serum then try MIZON HYLARONIC SERUM their price is half to this and good one effectiveMy bottle totally finished but it didn't do nothing.I will never buy this.
