Ful Troubleshooter Laptop Backpack, Fits up to 17-Inch Laptop, Grey/Green

I had bought one of these at a 2nd hand store, it was slightly damaged but I loved it. Couldn't find a replacement until now. I LOVE this bag. I commute to work and carry tons of stuff. I need a bag with a good organizational system, sturdy, and lightweight without being flimsy. This bag is all that and more. Lots of zippered and unzipped pockets, easy to get into bag and walk at the same time. The straps are curved which are great for a small woman's frame, evenly balances, and doesn't pinch neck and shoulders, but doesn't slip either. I should have bought 2! One for work and 1 for the weekend. We'll worth the money, great brand and great price. I don't normally don't care about the brand but they make top notch bags and backpacks!

The only backpack that works for my son. They don't have lockers at his school so he has to carry all his books, binder and lunch with him at all times. This backpack is roomy and has tons of compartments. But my favorite part is the expandable section in the front. His lunch fits there with a water bottle beside it and not only does it not get smashed but he doesn't have to move it every time he gets something out of his backpack. I couldn't find another backpack in stores or on Amazon with this feature. We purchased 3 more to have on hand for his sophomore, junior and senior years. Highly recommend!!

Just bought this backpack for my 8th grader, the second time I've purchased it. The first one wore out (from 6th or 7th grade). My one small note for improvement would be that the dimension from front to back could be deeper. All of his school materials fit pretty tightly. Other than that, it's perfect.

My bag was great and all until my shoulder strap broke while readjusting it about two months later I filed a warranty complaint with the company @ Ful.com I was responded to. As well as informed that they would follow up asap with more destaike. It's been 3 weeks since that date, I have followed up again and I have not rechecked any feedback.

Well made and looks very nice, the colors match the picture very well. Outstanding value. Engineered to carry a lot of books and bulky stuff comfortably. The backpack is very lightweight, yet sturdy. Quite a few compartments everywhere on the pack.

Love the bag. It is light weight and has lot's of room. I especially like the secret compartment in the back. I'll be using the bag in Europe and that little pocket will come in handy for all my valuables. Colors are great and the green is vivid.
