It’s a cake topper!
Very nice and at a decent price. When you remove it from cake though you should place on a plate or shiny side down, otherwise it will stick to anything it touches.

Wish I would have read description more thoroughly-Assembly required - no instructions
Very cheaply made/paper thin, one sided, no instructions- you have to assemble yourself, with little glue dots and it isn't double sided, just looks really cheap.

Flimsy but cute
The Happy Birthday message is very thin and delicate. The stars are a little thicker. All pieces come with paper sticks that you stick to each piece with a glue dot. Not very sturdy but it is really cute as a cake topper. It's a one time use (the sticks get dirty from the cake/frosting and because it's paper, you can't clean it).
