Does what they say it will do, keeps spots and hard water off out dishes and cups. And our dishwasher still looks new.

Work well in my opinion. We have well water, very hard, dishes come out very rough from dishwasher. Since install, I believe these have helped improve dishwasher performance with less cloudy dishes and no film on the outside.

These filters are really effective for hard water. They were able to clear up my water enough that I am finally able to use my dishwasher without having to wash everything again by hand to get rid of all the calcium/lime scale spots.

Dislike that they will no ship to a PO Box

Installed this filter system under the kitchen sink to remove calcium from the water used by the dishwasher. Filter has been in use for5 months and still preventing water spots on dishes and white residue build-up on the dishwasher walls. Great product

We live in AZ and have terrible hard water scale build-up (we've even had to replace a faucet). When we picked up our new RV, we were looking for a filter to help prevent scale build-up, but didn't want to buy another whole-house filter unit. This filter fits perfectly in the filter housing. We've used it to wash the RV (no spots!!!) and incoming water system. The filter can be dried out, when we travel, so it works perfectly for us. Sell was great to work with.

The filter with the kit works great! When you try to reorder the filter, they send you the wrong filter. 1st time they replaced with different color but it worked. I'm ordering it again and again they sent me the wrong filter so again I'm returning it. It seems to be a cycle getting the wrong filter each time you order
