Good read.
It is actually my first time to hear this terminology "Rosacea" though I am on the medical field. Well, most of us will refer to it as freckles and a lot of people are struggling to get rid of them. However, there are underlying conditions that can cause it as suggested in this book. I am now aware of what Rosacea is, what are the symptoms and how to prevent accumulating it. Good read.

Ok
Would have been nice for it to give more detailed information. Maybe giving some of the natural treatments for rosacea. Not really any more information then you can get online.

This is not a book, it's a quick article
This was very short an underdeveloped for a "book" no real diet or lifestyle tips or interpretation of case studies. A very general article and a "good luck".

Informative!
When I was younger this problem was really getting to me. If I would have known more about the condition, I could have lessened its negative effects. The book is well written and does a good job describing the condition, its symptoms, effects and treatments. I could have used some thing like this before. All in all good literature!

A Companion Guide to Your Doctor's Treatment Program
When you go to your doctor or dermatologist and they tell you there is no real cure for rosacea, it can be rather depressing. Randolf Dewitt explains that understanding this skin disorder will help you to eliminate or control the problem. I like that this book discusses the specific triggers for making this condition flare up. I agree that spicy foods make it worse. Some of the things I learned was that my own case of rosacea may be caused by menopause and anxiety. I have a severity of #2. If you can, avoid all confrontational situations as that seems to trigger this condition. This book does not go into detail about skincare regimes or how to apply medicated gels etc. That will be good to discuss with your doctor who can no doubt print out some information for you on how to deal with this from a medical viewpoint. This book gives you a lot to think about but is not overwhelming.~The Rebecca ReviewP.S. I tried tea tree essential oil on my cheeks but it was a bit strong applied straight. I then startedadding just one drop to my regular face cream and it was like a miracle. My skin clearedup in a matter of days. The burning and itching stopped and the redness went away forthe most part. Please consult with your doctor before taking the advice in this book and review.Do not get essential oils anywhere near your eyes!
