Engaging God's Word: Romans Kindle Edition

This kindle version is not easy to navigate and use especially when studying with others who have a hard copy of the book. There is no table of contents, there are no page numbers to coordinate with the hard copy version, and today I see that there is a lesson 16 and a lesson 18, but no lesson 17????? Originally I thought the kindle version would be nice because it’s cheaper, no paper involved, and it’s handy on my PC with my Bible software open at the same time. But because it’s so difficult to use when others in the group are using the hard copy of the book, I’m sorry I chose this option.

Bought this book for bible study class. but have decided not to pursue bible study class anymore, but book useful while I was using it.

30 lessons on the book of Romans...15-20 questions for each lesson with 3 pages of commentary. This is the perfect study guide for personal or group studies...just the right length and each person can get their own book to be ready to start the first week. There's room to write answers in the book. It's a good study and I'm enjoying it. This is a great tool for bringing a group together...there are a couple pages in the back for a Leader's guide to help you set up a small group study if you need it.I bought several of these studies.....given them as gifts....and look forward to using them for home studies in the future. Our married children have gotten them and used them with their friends and are delighted to have something so nicely packaged to work with.

This book studies the book of Romans a little at a time, chapter by chapter, verse by verse. Anything written by Community Bible Study is high quality, and very worthwhile for study.

The Engage Bible Study Series is an excellent resource for group or individual study and I highly recommend it.

I have gone through three of the Engaging God's Word bible studies and find them excellent. I purchased these in paperback and as many of the kindle digital copies that were available. They have been excellent tools that provoke great bible discussions, I am very pleased with the commentary sections as well. I would highly recommend them to others.

Every Community Bible Study that I have reviewed thus far is very good. The writers use the inductive Bible study method which is a good method of study that enables the Bible student to learn the Bible for themselves
