Q: Is this real 14k gold? That seems to cheap to be real 14k gold.

It's made of an alloy metal with 14k white gold plated. The metal makes the chain stronger which I think is better. It's a beautiful chain, bought it for my boyfriend last year for christmas and he absolutely loved it. Looks like the its solid gold, he has worked out in the gym with it on, showered in it and has slept in it. Has not turned or lost its shine. It's a great buy and I would buy it again.

I bought this chain for my boyfriend for his Birthday in April of this year. Its absolutely beautiful! He loves and wears it almost every day. He has worn it to the gym before and in the shower. Still shines and looks as beautiful as the day I bought it. It is a very strong chain and made very well. It's has a 14K stamp on the clasp. I would buy this chain over and over again. I bought the 5mm chain

Q: Do you offer repairs?

They are fake chains. Mine broke too, I took it to a jeweler and was told it's not 14k. It's a steel necklace with a 14k stamp on the clasps. Total rip of, bunch of FRAUDS
