The capsules are easy to swallow and have no unpleasant taste. The only downside is that the capsules are a bit expensive. However, I think they are worth the price if they can help me improve my health.

In reference to the capsules, just so that there is a clear distinction there are two types of “gelatin”, one being made by boiling animal flesh and bone and the other is called “agar agar” which is also sometimes marketed as “gelatin” but it’s vegan.The product description does not differentiate which one is being used in the capsules, It only states:“Our capsules contain no artificial colors or flavors, no preservatives and no yeast, starch. We are invested in clean manufacturing using only the highest quality ingredients.”I had to email the company to find out which “gelatin” they were using. Though I believe they may have a good product, being that I’m a vegan I’m a bit disappointed that I purchased this product not knowing they use animal based capsules in this product.
