Very fine and works well in both yeast and non-yeast breads. Must always keep refrigerated.
I have used this flour half-and-half with all-purpose white flour in yeast bread, in peanut butter bread, and cornmeal bread. It always comes out light and delicious. I have not yet make anything using this whole wheat flour alone. If you buy this, be sure to read the directions for its care on the package. Apparently, it should spend as little time as possible at room temperature. I transferred it all into the large square plastic jars that roasted nuts come in and stacked them in the refrigerator. It is recommended to take out what you need and put the rest back in the frige right away. As you probably know, white flour is not so fussy about the temperature you store it at, but whole wheat will deteriorate fairly quickly when not kept cold.

Good quality whole wheat flour
I stay away from white flour and whenever I make pizza from scratch I use 50% whole wheat flour. This flour is so thin that it makes the job much easier.

Makes very good wheat bread.
Did not like the Velcro seal bag, it came apart when I opened the it and won’t reseal, but the flour is good.

Frequent purchaser BUT noticed the flour had only one month left “best by” date
I did not check the expiration on my previous orders but noticed on this one the expiration date is only one month out. I bake sourdough bread frequently so by the time I use it up it won’t be a big deal but this problem should be rectified. I purchase well in advance of my needs due to shortages.

Expiration date is in European format
I am very grateful for excellent customer service and a wonderful product! At first I thought I received expired flour because of the date stamped in European format with the month represented in the middle instead of on the left. 01/08/2020 LOOKS like January 8, 2020 but it is August 1, 2020. I’m glad I checked answered questions and saw many other customers thought the same thing. I got a prompt response from the seller to confirm- and the cookies I just made are delicious!

Great flour for baking sourdough bread
I was happy this flour was available during the pandemic when my sourdough bread baking hobby began. I am geekily into the bag closure mechanism (kind of like velcro inside the bag). I can't remember what the expiration date was on my bag vs the date of purchase, but we survived several loaves made with it! I'm about to buy a bag of spelt flour by the same brand as I start to branch out beyond mainstream flour.

Yum! Tasty flour from The Holy Land!
Amazing! This is the best extra fine whole wheat flour! Soo good! You and everyone will love it. Baking bread with "Holy Land Flour." Followed the Whole Wheat Challah Recipe, however substituted maple syrup for honey and left out the eggs, bread came out most amazing & delicious. My dad said he did not want to eat it because it looked like "museum bread." If you are thinking about getting this one, do it.

It's from the Middle East
It's ridiculous for me to buy a 3lb sack of flour from halfway around the world. My mistake.
