So I purchased this item based on the item details saying the faucet connected to 3/8" supply line. However the supply line is actually 1/2". So I went to the store purchased new supply shut off valves in the 1/2" only to find out that the threads are different and won't actually thread onto the new valves. Removed the faucet and took it back to the store only to find out that the threads are not compatible with anything in the United States. So spent a day running back and forth to hardware store, purchased 4 new valves at roughly $30, only to find out that this product is nothing that is says it is in the details and specs. Then called Amazon to return item and was charged 20% restocking fee. Figured I would warn anyone out there thinking of purchasing this product to ensure you aware of what size and thread is on your supply shut off before buying. I am out roughly $50 and half a day running back and forth to hardware store.

Product is very high quality and "would be" easy to install if standard US 3/8" Angle Stop (shut off valve) lines were provided rather than metric terminated lines. Suggest requesting this USA compatible line from the manufacturer or purchasing separately from Amazon as I have:BWE 24-Inch Long Faucet Connector Braided Stainless Steel Supply Hose 3/8-Inch Female Compression Thread x M10 Male Connector, x 2 Pcs (1 Pair)With the exception of this now-resolved installation issue, this is an awesome product!

I've been searching for a unique and modern sink faucet for a bathroom remodel. Glad to find this one but very disappointed that it's rubbed oil bronze not matte black as advertised. It comes as pictured and feels heavy and well made. I'm not sure how I'd feel in the long run that the water control is underneath the flow, meaning I've to stick my hand under the water or bypassing from the side. But the wrong color (at least at the time of this review) will drive my crazy when all other fixtures in my bathroom will be matte black.

This sleek and modern heavy weight faucet is absolutely GORGEOUS!! I’m SO glad that I chose it and at such a reasonable price. We had no problem with installation. Our neighbors, the plumber, and even a realtor have fallen in love with it while commenting on how rich and expensive it appears. The chrome is finished beautifully. It’s an eye catcher for sure!

Horrible experience, I have to hire someone come over to install my faucet just waste my time all day running back and forth to the Home Depot try to get the right size , doesn’t work, they are NOT standard size, do not waste your time don’t buy it

Faucet is manufactured crooked it tilts slightly right. Verified with a square.

We had a shower room renovation project. This faucet was the last piece in the entire shower room to be installed. However, after installation, we found that the cold water line that came with the faucet was leaking. Since we really wanted to get it done that day, we removed the faucet and installed another brand. By the time we were done, the return window had passed. Disappointed.

Great seller.... fast, affordable, and a very solid and gorgeous product.Unfortunately, I might have to return it, because it's just a bit too big looking for the vanity I planned to use it with. But that's my problem... not the product's or the seller's.
