A must buy Keto book!! Food is amazing!
Absolutely amazing food! I have attached pictures of the prosciutto egg cups, pork fried rice, Turkey taco bowl (I used beef though instead), and the spinach bacon salad. I also have made the blueberry cheesecake smoothie, green tea latte, green smoothie and eggs and bacon. It has all been so good. What I have done is went and bought the entire shopping list all organic ingredients, grass fed organic meats and cage free organic eggs. I think a big part of keto is shopping this way. I’ve done keto before but ate alot of processed and fake sugar crap. It’s very important to make sure you also stock your pantry with the items listed under each weekly meal plan. I saw someone mention they didn’t have all the ingredients for the meal plan. You must buy the pantry items and shopping list items. That said it’s been great, I am going on day 4, I feel amazing and I’ve lost 5.6 pounds so far. I highly recommend this book!Update: I’m on day 10.8 pounds and I can’t say enough about these recipes, I’ve attached more food I’ve made, the scallops and garlicky kale, balsamic chicken, tuna salad, shrimp and avacado salad, salmon and asparagus, and a chicken chopped salad. Highly recommended!

Frustrating, unsafe and completely wrong!
I had really high hopes for this book. My husband and I are currently eating the week one menu and it is horribly inaccurate. The shopping list is wrong and missing key items, the author states in the text that stevia is not good, but several recipes include it. The recipes are INCREDIBLY bland and boring. The worst part...the macros and calories do not add up! This is THE important part! I put them all into an online calories calculator (paid) and they are grossly inflated to the point where one menu day is only 1086 calories! This is dangerous. One recipe I’m convinced is missing an entire ingredient. It is frustrating and unsafe. Don’t give this woman or her editor any more money.

Great find and perfect for beginners...
My husband and I have toyed with starting a Keto lifestyle for several years, but had no idea where to start. The thought of eating bacon every day or enormous fat bombs just didn't sound appealing. Keto is NOT bacon and fat bombs and this book is a jewel in explaining what it is and how you can keep it healthy and satisfying. The book is easy to read and laid out perfectly for someone who wants to get started. We stocked the pantry and after the first week, our grocery bill has dropped significantly; but we're buying higher quality foods and our meals are much more satisfying. Love the menu plans with shopping lists. Everything we've made so far has been easy and is full of flavor. I use the book every day and I even purchased a hard copy instead of relying on my Kindle Unlimited. Looking forward to seeing other books from this author.

Very Good Ketogenic Book
This Book Made The Ketogenic Lifestyle way easier to understand. The Recipies are very a Good and Easy to Prepare. I’ve Read a Lot about the Ketogenic Lifestyle, But this one really Clicked for me!

Thinking of going Keto? Buy this book!
If you thinking about going keto or just curious about it, this book is perfect. Half the book is knowledge like the science behind keto, specific shopping lists, etc. I had been thinking about going Keto and when I stumbled upon this book, i figured why not do some reading. I feel so confident going into my keto lifestyle now. I LOVE the way this book is written... gives enough knowledge on how to start and how to keep keto even when out and about.

Good all around intro to the clean ketogenic diet
This was one of several Keto books I purchased and each had great things in it. This one is a very good intro to a clean ketogenic diet. It even has how to handle social situations and some exercises to get you started.

If you want to go KETO, buy this book FIRST!
I have ALL of Mark Sisson & Dr. Mark Hyman's books and cookbooks on Keto. Even saw a nutritionist to make sure I was doing it all 'right'. Got stuck and somehow, Karissa's book just popped up while I was shopping Amazon. The last thing I needed was ANOTHER book on the topic so I added it to my Wish List. There was something about the cover that kept me going back to look at it and I finally pulled the trigger! WHAT WAS I WAITING FOR?! I wish I would have found this book FIRST (or at least bought it when I first came across it). Karissa makes it incredibly easy to go Keto. She explains how Keto works, the benefits, understanding your macros, etc. without chapter after chapter of scientific info*. Just a couple pages of the basics which is perfect for those who know about Keto and want to get started without having to read a textbook on it. Ingredients are simple and easy to find in your local stores and her food prepping is broken down in a way that you won't spend hours in the kitchen on your day off and cooking is equally as simple and look delish! I was concerned that this book might include time consuming multi ingredient recipes but I was pleasantly surprised!THIS IS SO DOABLE! If you are wanting to start Keto, GET THIS BOOK! As I said in the beginning, I wish I would have found it first. Not only would it have saved me money, but it would have gotten me right into Keto without having to read 200-300 pages of info I really didn't care about first!BTW..Karissa also includes 5 HIIT exercises to do per day that don't require any equipment and again, that are doable.Karissa will remove any excuses you've had in the past for not being successful at Keto! This book is nuthin' but net, a homerun, touch down, gooooooooooal!!!!!!! Thank you Karissa!

Excellent content, guidance and recipes
One of the best keto guide books ive found. Recipes are easy to follow and not too many ingredients.In one week i lost 7lbs and half way through week 2 im into clothes that wouldnt tie before i started.Im doing keto and taking supplements from Primal Cure range to ensure getting sufficient nutrients whilst adapt to new eating regime.Feel so much brighter, sleeping better and energy levels greatly increased.

Great straight forward, straight to the point helpful book !
I bought this book as was happy with being in a keto lifestyle but fed up of continually logging in macro s etc this lady has a great simple way of working out portion size etc for the 3 main macros which has made my life soooo less complicated and time consuming.. also the importance of preparation ... it also has a very simple exercise plan to go with it all ... I love this book as it just simplifies keto in general!

Clean Keto Lifestyle
This book was delivered today so have not tried any of the recipes. On first inspection it is easy to understand and the recipes seem doable. It would have got 5 stars if there were photos with the recipes (or even some of them) but I like the fact the author explains the principles and the impact of reading the science behind this diet. It all makes sense. I also like the fact that each weeks menu has a shopping list and you can prepare everything in advance which ensures you have no real excuse not to follow it. So. First impressions are great. I live in Spain and was concerned that, as this was written for the American public, I would have difficulty finding the ingredients. Not the case. Some vegetables I can’t get because they’re out of season here but it’s not a problem. Can easily substituted. Good shopping lists. Good quality printed book. Very promising

We are what we eat
I haven't read it yet but I can't wait. Not many photos but very clear, easy to read presentation. I bought this book to discover a new way of eating following a very difficult experience watching my brother battling a chronic illness. Through extraordinary determination, a lot of research and a complete change of diet he convinced me that our health lies in our plates. I like that this book offers a keto lifestyle as opposed to some keto diet recipes only to shed a few pounds...as the idea is to rethink the way we eat. I put 4 stars as I haven't read it yet but I've got great hopes☺

Great book!
Really good book and easy to follow, I had one question on a recipe and contacted the author who actually replied! I’m on day 5 and have already lost 6lbs.
