Buytra Silicone Garlic Peeler Peel Easy Kitchen Tool [Office Product]

I am an obsessed cook, but totally abhor "novelty" gadgets. When my mom bought me one of these for Christmas, I smiled, pretended to be excited, and then tossed it in a cabinet. When I had a large garlic peeling job ahead of me, I figured I'd try it out, and was immediately won over. I used it so much over 4 months that I created a rip in it, and determined that I needed to replace it. Found them on Amazon for $2 and change, so I ordered the replacement and waited patiently while it came over from China. This one is essentially the same. (Are there really any different design features on this particular type of item?) There are a couple of ridges in the inside to help grab the skins. I got one for a friend and she loves it too!

I think this is one of the best kitchen items I've ever bought! I use it constantly, it is a dream! So easy to peel garlic. I can't believe it took me all these yrs to find this. I love it so much I ordered one for each of my sisters for stocking stuffers for Christmas. Best kitchen tool ever!

Great little kitchen gadget! Love that I can strip many cloves of skins all at one time. Takes moments to clean garlic with this peeler. Easy to clean and store. Seller packaged items well and shipped them quickly to me. Expect some delay only because of sellers location. Worth the wait! My arthritic hands thank you!!!

It doesn't peel like one I had before. It loosens the peeling but you still have to finish it with your fingers. The material is too stiff.

I bought this for my husband, but he still uses pre-peeled garlic - however it's a perfect kitchen tool for my grandchildren who are 5 and under!
