i wasn't very pleased with this design of bag, so i contact the seller. the new bag they made exactly as per my requirement and it is just wow.i insist to keep that design too here on amazon.i you want little changes in the bag, the seller can do it. i got mine done and very relieved with it.i suggest you order yours too.its amazing for people who workout a lot and sprain their muscles, old age, and joints pain.i am thrilled with this wheat bag and insist people to try it instead of using move or any other balm.

In the operating instructions, maximum of 1.5 minutes heating in microwaves is mentioned. But we find 1.5 minutes heating is not at all enough! Heating for 3 minutes is required. Pl take up with the manufacturers and get their endorsement for 3 minutes heating. In addition to endorsement, they should revise the operating instructions.
