A great easy to use camera that is small in stature and cost
This thing is great! takes good quality video (example: (...)) and is super easy to install. If you want it to record after your car turns off you will need a battery saver adapter, which I did not purchase, so the "parking mode" hasn't been used.the camera viewer software is easy to use and works pretty well. The only reason to use it is to see the gps location or speed data, or to change the camera settings, but it works fine without. VLC media player (among others, I'm sure) can play the 2 channel video just fine. With an 8GB card it can record (2 channels) about an hour of video before it starts overwriting. There is a manual save function that will save 30 seconds to an "accident" folder that doesn't get overwritten. This also happens automatically when going over a bump too aggressively. It's pretty sensitive even on the 2nd lowest of 6 settings for the accellerometer. So depending on how you drive, you may have to clean out the accident folder manually. Unfortunately the "format" also wipes the settings file, so even if you format from the camera, you'll have to get your card to the computer to maintain your settings.

Great for the price
I'll update this if my opinion of it changes the longer I've had it (or try to add video example or pictures), but so far it has been fantastic.TL:DR;Pros:Good video during dayEasy Setup/UpdateTakes 32 GB UHS-1 SD CardsManual (or user guide) is simple and easy to understandCons:Poor rear video at night"Event" recording is a bit touchySomewhat close license plate readingLong Version:First: To playback the video to get both camera views (the video does splice them into 1 avi file) you have to download the BlackSys CF-100 player you can download off of their website. (Located here: http://www.blacksys.co.kr/eng/support/download.php?field=title&search_word=CF-100&x=0&y=0 ). The update process was easy too. Download the latest frimware from the same link and then just place it on the root of the SD card. Put this into the camera and plug it into the cig lighter cable in your car. Turn on the car and it will automatically update. CAREFUL: If you do have the second camera attached, after the first reboot, it will start up again and update the rear camera and then reboot again and then start recording. And that's it! The whole process took less than 5 minutes to complete. Just be patient with it until it says it is recording video again. It was easy to set up, wired the cables in the car and it is ready to record out of the box. It came with a 16 GB microSD card, but I ordered a Sony Class UHS-1 32 GB Card to use instead (SR32UYA/TQMN). The video was very crisp, a little hard to read license plates in the front cam until I was within 20 ft of car in front of me. I didn't have the chance to get someone behind me to see the rear camerea's license plate reading capability. There is a mic built into the main unit, and it does pick up a good amount, especially the on board commands it sounds out.I wish I could give this a 4.5, but since I can't, it's a 4. Only because I have seen demo videos of this and the rear camera at night could use some improvement. I don't think mine is any more special, so I'm going to stick with that assessment. The Event or Emergency mode is a little touchy too. If you slow down to fast or turn too sharp, it does record it to the special locked files. There is a sensitivity setting in the options, but I don't know if that is for event or just the accelerometer sensitivity. The manual is also pretty well translated, few grammatical errors here and there, but over all very easy to read and very clear in the instructions on how to set it up, update the firmware, and install the player for playback of the videos.

Great dash cam
Bought two to install in my scion tc and wife's honda civic, easy to install and wires easily tucked behind panels to give it a clean look. Downloaded software from website and used it to change the camera settings and updated the firmware. Camera images are crisp and clear, just make sure to clean your windows (inside and out).Cant get a better 2ch system for this amount of money. I have had these two systems running for about a month, will update review if anything changes or if they are still going strong one year from now.

Heat Deformation!
I needed a 2 channel dashcam to replace our 3 years old cheap ebay special (which still works great by the way). So after reading the pros and cons of this camera, I figure I'll take a chance with the $90 pricing. I agree with just about everything posted here, specially the useless rear camera if you have a tinted window of any sort. That's fine, figuring I paid only $90, I can live with that. But today I discovered that the cam has experienced deformation due to heat. I live in southern California near the coast, where it doesn't get scorching hot like the desert, so this is totally unacceptable. Our old $30 ebay special dashcam, the radar detector, and phone holder all sit in the same area exposed to the same sun, and they are totally fine.UPDATE:So now the weather is cooler I figure the camera should be fine. Turned out the heat was coming from the camera itself. Apparently the camera heats up quite a bit during operation, specially if you left it on for parking mode. The internally generated heat was hot enough to deform the case, as mine has gotten worse since the last photos were taken. Now the pivot ball would not tighten due to deformed case, and camera would point down everytime the car hits a bump. Emailed Blacksys in Korea per their warranty instruction resulted in no response. The great warranty in the pretty instruction manual turned out to be useless. Suffice to say this is a poorly manufactured product.
