Very disappointed
I found the recipes to be lacking some very important information. They don't include how many servings the recipe yield; they don't state size of pan to be used and there are no macros. The zucchini bread recipe didn't have any eggs or other binders so the result was so crumbly it couldn't be sliced. It got thrown out.Overall, I was very disappointed by the lack of information and unclear instructions. I would not recommend this book for the novice baker.

"Ketogenic" Seems to Be in the Title Only to Sell the Book
For those of us who are serious about eating a Ketogenic diet - we were waiting to buy a book of acceptable, low carb (if possible) bread recipes. We want to know the grams carbohydrates in recipes and hopefully, the grams of fiber, grams of fat and the grams of sugar. In this book Nichole James gives you NO NUTRITIONAL INFORMATION ON ANY RECIPE! THERE IS NO RECIPE INDEX, NO PICTURES. This book is advertising itself as a Ketonic Bread book - Keto counts carbohydrates and fats! If you are seriously wanting to eat Keto, this book most certainly will not help you. Like me, you will find it quite frustrating. Save your money.

Disappointed
The recipes don’t have the recipe breakdown, so you won’t know how many carbs, fats, fiber etc you would be eating. That would have really helped.

Great One!
This Ketogenic Bread Cookbook are so helpful especially to beginners. For some reason I always though baking bread was difficult but it is actually easier than most types of cooking. I've tried making low carb bread before but it came out flat and tasted weird.Lots of good ideas for any new keto dieter craving bread. Thanks author for creating us a new book for all of us!

Don't buy this cookbook!
I wanted to NOT give this cookbook any stars but, the app made me give it one. This cookbook has poorly, unclear instructions. Not many of the recipes are quick. Need a lot of different ingredients and very costly. Would never recommend this cookbook. Very unhappy!

DISAPPOINTING PURCHASE
This cookbook has NO picture references of the foods. (the only picture is on the cover of the book) I like pictures in a cookbook to attract me and as a reference for how the food should look. AND it has NO nutritional information about the recipes. Unless you take the time to look each ingredient up separately and then add them up, there's no way to know the carb content nor other values. The pages are just boring and lacking with pertinent information for a carb counter cookbook. This book doesn't work for me.PEOPLE... ORDER THE BOOKS BY ELIZABETH JANE...they are beautifully pictured and very informative with everything you should know about what you are about to prepare.

Recipe Book is OK, but not Great.
This was an ok book, black and white pages and no interior photos and a handful of typos, I've tried a couple of the recipes with satisfying results. Book doesn't really state the carb or calorie counts per serving, so you'll have to do added research on your own.

The formulas in this book are motivated!!
It disclosed to me what thought to pursue while picking Keto flour. The formulas in this book could motivate me to take my own heating to the following dimension.

Very disappointing.
A bit vague. Explanations, directions and recipes not as clear as they should.

NOT keto compliant - uses sugar and carby ingredients, errors, no nutrition guide, no images - avoid
Poor English, some of the introductory fluff seems to not be about the keto diet at all, and one section says that the book will mostly use coconut flour but then the recipes come from all over the place so that's just a thoughtless cut and paste from another source. And there are NO images, NO nutrition counts, LOTS of errors and worst of all the recipes use ingredients such as flour, corn, maple syrup, sugar, apple sauce, beans, chocolate chips, full carb bread, and potato starch among others. One recipe uses 3 cups of sweetener - one keto approved and two not. Not only would that recipe be way too sweet but TWO cups of sugary sweetener?? No wonder the author didn't bother with nutrition counts. Any one of these recipes could put you out of ketosis in a moment. Some of the mistakes are a little amusing. Like one recipe which calls for a mug cake to go in the oven in a cake tin when it wouldn't even cover the base of the tin - you'd end up with a burned dried out cracker. And the recipe that leaves out ounces from one of the recipes so it makes you think you need 10 nuts for the recipe rather than the correct 10 ounces. And I know that's a mistake because the original recipe from the website that this author took the recipe from has the correct amount. All the recipes have been taken from sources without attribution.Avoid this one. It won't help you attain or maintain ketosis.

Little disappointed
After all the great reviews on Amazon I purchased this book. The recipes are good so far. I have made 3 breads. The part I don't like about this book since it promotes low carbs none of the recipes have any of the nutritional information shown.

Good variety of recipes - plenty to choose from!
I was looking for easy to use recipes for making my own bread with low carbs, which this has now satisfied. Haven't actually used any as yet, but certainly intend to try some in the coming colder months.
