Good but could have been better
This chest expander is good and serves the purposes of toning the muscles but the quality could have been better. One problem I noticed was, the hooks on the springs are extremely hard and it is not very easy to detach and attach the springs using your fingers. You will need a pair of plyers to do the job. Otherwise, it is a good equipment to work out & stay in shape. I like the mini springs attached to the handle to exercise the forearms.
