Have been using this for over a Month now, initially feeling 50/50 about wether it would have any benefits but I chose to be open minded and take a leap of faith. My sleep has certainly improved by about 90%+. I was getting desperate after having what felt like endless sleepless nights. I think all round I feel energised, more positive and living with a greater sense of wellbeing. I Love the idea that this connects you with the earth and the science resonates with me now I’ve had chance to use it and benefit from it. I wouldn’t be without it. It’s almost become a bit of a security blanket. My partner took it off one day complaining they felt like they got tangled in it (admittedly it does need to be straightened out after a few days, which to me is nothing major but could be improved to ensure it doesn’t move about). Anyway, I freaked. Just felt I couldn’t not have it on the bed. Subconsciously I think I knew it had greatly benefited me and had me connected with the earth (which is comforting in itself) and was mortified it had been take off.

I was recommended this by a friend after complaining of poor sleep, waking up feeling like i was hungover. My husband thought i was crazy.....over £100 for a bed sheet that isn't heated!! BUT he is eating his words now. He has a bad back and normally has aches in the morning, and it's no coincidence that since its been on he has been waking up without the normal dull ache.I have woken up feeling like i have slept.........i don't have a groggy head or feel tired. it shows how important sleep and rebalancing your body is. I had to wait a few days before reviewing as i was worried it was like a placebo....that we felt more rested because we thought we were going to feel more rested. But every morning i feel normal and well rested, which is GREAT when i've been feeling rubbish for ages. For me, It is worth every penny, its great quality, well packaged and does what it says.

I have had this for a week now and not found any benefits. Not that I was expecting to notice any major difference but the fact it doesn't fit your while bed is a issue. I wriggle when I sleep and end up getting tangled up in it and it becomes annoying.It's also not the most appealing looking sheet.It's a shame as I love the idea.

This sheet is absolutely an amazing investment for my health. My old half earthing sheet had started to lose its efficiency so I thought I'd treat myself and my husband to this full size fitted sheet and what a joy it has been from the very first night. Deeper more restful sleep, less aches and pains and much less stress and anxiety. Can wholeheartedly recommend this product and will hopefully never be without one.

Quality goodBut made no difference to my sleeping problems

This earth sheet has really improved my sleep, anxiety and general well being. To be honest, I thought it was worth a try but was unsure how and if it would work. The first night I slept like a baby and had dreams for the first time in ages. The sheet is thick, soft and comfortable. My Husband even noticed the improvement in his sleep. I feel calm, much less stressed, and I have not noticed any feelings of anxiety since sleeping on the sheet. I am blown away by the effect of this sheet. I will also be investing in some of the other products as I am so happy with the results.

Do I sleep better? Definitely. However it’s a shame there are no care instructions on the label like with clothing. I obviously ironed at too high a temperature and it melted the threads. Also my sheet was seemingly cut by a very tired and drunk person on a late Friday afternoon, so it’s squiffy and out by several inches when folded in half. For the price it could at least be cut square.

Ive heard great reports on these, so I dont want to give it a 1 star, as it felt wonderful when tested at desk, could feel the difference when plugged in to earth (Im very sensitive). But sadly after 10 minutes it starts to give me faint tingly electric shocks!It maybe Ive got old wiring in house or Im hyper sensitive, but I was told due to feeling shock, no way I should try sleeping in it.
