I hate maple syrup and this one isn't maple-y which I enjoy and prefer. The vanilla is subtle yet distinguishable and sweet. It's pretty expensive but to not taste strong maple, it's worth it. Nice vanilla bean stick inside. Refrigerate after opening. Learned that the hard way the first time I purchased this syrup years back.
