Writing Tablet for Kids, Howeasy Board 20 Inch Electronic Drawing and Writing Board for Kids & Adults, Handwriting Paper Doodle Pad for School and Office Toys (Black)…

I was hoping this would be similar in quality to the official Boogie Boards but in a larger size. While it functions the same, the pen strokes on it are very large and fuzzy so you can't write normally. You can a comparison here with the Howeasy board on the left and the real Boogie Board on the right. I also found that writing on it and just resting my hand lightly to write caused a blotch the size of my hand to show up. It seems to 'write' anytime there is just enough pressure. This behavior was not seen with the real Boogie Board. This may be ok for some, but will not work for what I was planning to use it for. If you were hoping for a larger version of a boogie board, this is just not the same.

My order was placed just before "raven" posted his/her review, otherwise I would not order it. It's not a big size Boggie board as I wished. The pen strokes on it are very large and hard to control. The board is very "sensitive" so your hand cannot rest on it when writing. Because of these problem, you cannot write small characters on it and it's easy to make a mess.

I love the size. It works well for teaching kids.However, the screen was somewhat broken. The screen appeared to be drawn (green) couple seconds after you press the erase button. You could bypass it by locking the screen after you push the erase button and before it turned green (like someone drew all over the screen). Still usable, but you just have to catch the black erased screen before it turned green;).

I have several smaller Howeasy writing tablets and they all work perfectly, I just needed a larger writing tablet.The quality is fantastic, 20 inch diagonal, 1/2 inch thick and locking. I use the tablet in the office for lists, drawing diagrams and displaying messages. It works so well I purchased more for shopping lists and calendar events at home. I save so much paper with these writing tablets that very soon they will pay for themselves.

My son loves this! It is as almost as large as his school desk and the les background is bright and responds well to his finger without the need for a stylus. He is fourteen with multiple disabilities including TBI and Cerebral palsy. This gives him the ability to participate with his class and not feel different. It’s also great for playtime.

Very happy with the writing tablet, I use it at work to keep up with ongoing projects and keep up with what I am working on for the day, very happy with the quality of the display and ease of use.

This writing tablet is so much fun and easy to use. My kids love it.

I like that you can practice sketching without wasting paper.I haven't used paper since but I suspect that I will have aquired some valuable technique.
