after getting into some heavier weights I've been noticing that I could use some help with lifting accessories. I've been using a traditional belt and the cloth velcro belts for years now but I've never really been a fan and that has kept me from relying on them. I'm a firm believer that you should not rely on any lifting accessories as they tend to be habit forming and serve as a crutch. This will ultimately bite you once you try to lift without anything.With that being said, I wanted something that could help me build strength on my last 2-3 sets and help me confidently push myself. This belt is the real deal. I've moved some respectable weight with it and after the initial discomfort and digging into your ribs, it now sits snuggly as it should. Highly recommended for those looking to move up without breaking the bank.

Received the belt a couple of days later. "Prime" delivery although its not a Prime item. So far happy with it. Have to work a little to put on/off since the hooks don't fit through the holes. Not a big deal, juts have to stretch them. Will update after using for a while.

Good belt but the Lever clamp doesn’t really work it gets stuck and it was loose the pin holding it together came out so I had to pin it back into place

Guys and gals, this is a high quality belt! I have been lifting for over 10 years and this belt is sturdy and thick, yet durable and a good fit width-wise so it does not pinch your stomach during use. I had always used a single prong belt and I never realized how much better unbuckling the lever belt is instead of tightening and loosening a prong belt in between sets. Once you go lever you never go back!

The edges are sharp and cause bruising during my 5x5 squats. But it works like a champ if you aren't a wimpy girl.

Great product for the price, really gives my back the support it needs during my heavy lifts. Only complaint is the black coating on the buckle starts chipping off immediately, does nothing to hinder the performance, just aesthetically.

Really good belt but the pin falls out of the lever 4-5 months in. I have bought 2 now. The first one was for myself and the pin fell out after about 2 months the company replaced the lever and I have not had any problems since so I bought one for my daughter thinking my issues where a fluke but NO my daughters belt took a little longer but her pin is falling out also. Its to late to return it and I cant find a place to ask for a new lever again so she is stuck with a belt she cant use.
