Of you are looking for protection, get one that is one piece or something, because the two-piece design does not work. The bottom comes off fine, but the top is stuck on there like nobody's business. There is no way to get it off short of cutting it off. They say to "take it off from the back", but that does not work, and just puts stress on the hinges. I would advise you, dear buyer, to get something else because now my airpods now have a permanent top part thingy.

So I've been using this for a while now, and I'm enjoying it. Very sturdy, fits real snug so it doesn't come off too easily, and it just looks good. Good to have if you don't want to scratch up your airpod case.

These cases are great. We have five sets of AirPods in our house and one of these cases on each. We are no longer worried about accidental drops.
