Good Quality
Cheap dried pasta can wreak havoc with my digestive tract and with my husband's diabetes. So I usually make our pasta or buy really expensive fresh stuff from a local guy. This pasta is almost as good and a lot more convenient. Plus way less expensive than buying fresh and no more expensive than making fresh.
