I loved it till after a few uses the heating element melted its way through

It warms up my food pretty well but the time to do it is much longer than I thought. It's taken anywhere between 45 minutes to an hour to reheat room temp food.Since I use this for work...it's not that big of a deal. I just turn it on at my desk around 11:00 and eat around noon to 1:00.

I no longer use the office microwave as it never cleaned. I pack my lunch in the morning , place it on my desk and begin heating it around 11:00 AM and by lunchtime I have a hot meal. Great product, great price easy to use and easy to clean.

Not recommendedI ordered this for our car trips, and after the first use, it was shocking! The door doesn't close easily, and it can't maintain the temperature as expected. Super disappointed. Additionally, the water inside gathers from an unknown source, and it only empties when shaken, which is dangerous due to the electrical components inside. I haven't dared to use it again.

You can’t put the lunch box in the fridge until you use it,waste of money.

I love this little box. I plug it in about 30-60 minutes (depending on how dense the meal is, meatballs take longer than green beans for example) before I want to eat, and I have a hot meal. It’s more like a crockpot than an instantpot. This isn’t a fast solution but it’s a solid solution if you plan in advance. No fighting over the microwave or risking cross contamination in this era by using communal items. The only thing I wish is that the large side also had a container. It’s a bit of a pain to clean the box without a second removable container.

The heat is too low to burn plastic containers, and yet food is hot enough; it's like a freshly cooked meal!!. Its small enough that carrying it is easy. It's lightweight so the material is a little fragile, but so long as you are careful and not to drop it, then the item will last. Another drawback is the time, which I dont mind. I plugged it on my first break (2 hours), and, by lunch time, freshly cooked food awaits you. There are no odors or food smells coming out either.

Very disappointed with this item. First the plug didn’t work and didn’t heat up the food, then the second day I turn it on and go back to check my food and see that the base has melted. I have submitted a return request and want my money back.
