The monitor I purchased is supposed to be a touch monitor. While shopping, I saw other monitors mention about calibrating the touch screen so I wasn't surprised when this monitor didn't react to touch at all. But the instructions say nothing about it. The email address where they claim they will get back to you within 12 hours did not get a reply. Anything I searched online about configuring a touch screen monitor for a Win 10 device did nothing. Oh, it also claims to be able to be mounted on a standard monitor mount - another lie. Do not buy this if you want a touch screen.

Package arrived without the power cable, hdmi cable or stand (all these items were mentioned on the listing to be included).

Very happy with this monitor. I have been looking for a wall-mountable touchscreen that would work with a Raspberry Pi and this one fit the bill. I was worried that I'd have to mess around with drivers and such, but it was plug and play with a default install of Raspbian Stretch (full). The screen is gorgeous, great colors, bright with wide viewing angles. The only thing to be aware of is that it has pretty wide bezels. The metal frame meets a black strip that looks like it should be screen but isn't. A strip and metal frame create total of just over 3/4" space on all four sides. I'm going to cover this with a wood frame, so it's not a big deal for me.

Just received it and could not wait to unpack and setup.Perfect size, weight, build quality and most of importantly screen crispness.Everything worked great and cumputer saw it right away. Even the stand works nice, as long as I move the cable out of the way. My only comment is that I thought this was usb powered and it is not. Not a deal breaker. Most impressive is for the price it is also a touch screen, yea.Would i recommend? I 100% recommend as it is small enough for my portable office but large enough for my clients to follow along. It is also light weight and sturdy. Will need to get a sleeve to protect the screen.

Just unboxed this monitor and the quality feels very good on hand, the touch is responsive. My only complain are the air bubbles on the panel. Seems like when mounting the panels there was no care.Will write another review about this.

I bought the 12.3 inch screen.I used it for a set design costume and it worked great 👍. If you are looking for a screen with these killer dimensions/size then it works.

Bought it in July, screen turned pink by November!Now I am stuck with having to buy a new one!!Junk!!!

Works well for our needs. Has holes in the back to allow it to be mounted on the wall.
