Emeril's All Natural Organic Stock, Vegetable, 32 Ounce (Pack of 6)

I am not a vegetarian or vegan, but I do cook some dishes for me and share with friends who are. I live in Texas were vegetarians and vegans are an endangered species!!! I have trouble finding a good tasting Vegetable Stock that is not HIGH in SODIUM!!! I've used Emeril's brand for years and the SODIUM level is low enough to use in my recipes. I love the taste!!!!

I use vegetable stock as one of my ingredients for brining the turkey before deep frying. Yes, I could make my own but I work long hours and don't have time. I only brine and never inject and have been doing this for many years. Rather than going to the grocery store and using the stock I purchased last year, I ordered B&G's Emeril's Vegetable Stock from Amazon in mid November. I have Prime and it arrived within 2 days in a nicely packaged and sturdy 6-pack.I used it in Alton Brown's turkey brine recipe (one of the best IMO) and brined our 17lbs turkey for just under 24 hours before deep frying. Wow, was it moist and what a great flavor. The meat was so juicy you could say it was actually wet and everyone praised the cook!I will only use this stock in the future, and recommend for use in turkey brine.

Love Emeril’s organic stocks! Hard to find local so I order cases online. It’s the best taste and I use the vegetable, chicken, and beef varieties frequently.

Loved this stock for years, it gave all our soup recipes a delicious edge. Now, sadly, it seems to be discontinued. If anyone has a good substitute to recommend I would love to hear it.

It has a very tomato-y flavor to it, unlike other vegetable stocks I've used. That was a bit of a surprise.

Excellent product. Except box came damaged with one broth container leaking out.
