Assuming you already understand what Bio Media does, this product has different types of media with different textures (fine to course). The mesh bag is approx 6 x 8 inches. There are bio rings and bio balls.WARNING: Wash them thoroughly before use, as they are VERY dusty.

This 5 in 1 filter media is great media I have used. I have 2 filter both side in my tank . One side I put 5in1 , another side I put 6in 1 filter media. Their ingredient different which make my 50 gallon fish tank so clean, and last for long time. I am so glad those filter media works well for me.Very recommended!!
