DBoyun 3pcs/Set Classical Extended Tenon Entry Door Rail and Stile Router Bit Set Woodworking Milling Cutter Door Frame Tenon and Knives Cutting with 1/2" Shank

I wasn't happy with the match of the two bits. See in photos. Note the gaps in the rail and stile fits. In photo 2, the right joint was good but the left was bad. I hope to improve this as I work the bits and finish 2 sets of bifold doors. Also, no guide bearing to help align router fence to the stile bit. I was unable to improve the fit so I have returned the bit set.UPDATE: I have upgraded this review to 4 Star due to the amazing response and customer service of DBoyun. After an exchange of photos of poor joint and some very civil emails, DBoyun has said they will provide a full refund on the bit set purchase, they will not ask that I return the bits, and that they will send me a replacement set ABSOLUTELY FREE. They said that my replacement set will work well and it will be some compensation for the time and wasted wood that I experienced. What more could I ask? Thanks DBoyun.

The profile doesn't make a very good looking 1-3/4" door. The set is nice and sharp and cuts nice after you get everything adjusted and shimmed to match. You certainly can't use the set out of the package without adjustment which will take some time to complete.the profiles are thin and not very forgiving if there is any vertical movement in the piece as it is being cut. Plan on having long infeed and out feed extensions on you router table for cutting the rails and don't try to simply do it with a support.It is a big bit without any indexing so it is nearly impossible to prevent a small amount of vibration which makes it difficult to keep the bit where you tightened it down in the chuck without moving during the pass.

This set is inexpensive and gives poor results. The coping bit (the one with the bearing in the middle) has carbide cutters with two different thicknesses. There isn't any way to fix this as this is set by the solid cutters themselves. The coping bit should be absolutely symmetric. The other inaccuracies in the set can be fixed with trial and error, lots of shims, and lots of spare lumber that you can waste setting this bit set up. I regret buying this set and waited too long to use it so it cannot be returned.

Unfortunately, the profiles don't line up perfectly, but I was able to make them work.

I had to abandon making a custom door because of these cutters, the profile left after milling the coping cuts left about a 32" (if that) at the ends of the cut, my door parts were milled exactly to 1 3/8", this was obviously to thin for these cutters, and with no was to adjust the height, I was screwed. I will buy Freud 99-267 to make the door. Fortunately, I tested these cutters on mocked up sacrificial scrap before running the finished material through.

The match was extremely poor. These paired bits do not work well enough to make an entry door. I tried many ways to adampt to the limitations but none would work. There remained an external gap that I could not close of more than 1/8 inch. I am returning these
