I love these- nice texture, love the walnuts. I topped mine with a little bit of sugar free homemade cream cheese frosting, and it was a perfect sweet snack

Based on the reviews I was expecting these to be super moist and flavorful but they just aren't. They are dry and bland, and remind me of bran muffins. But as for having non-refrigerated kept snacks on hand, they get the job done. I'll be finishing them because of how expensive they are but won't be buying again.

This flavor is drier than other flavors I’ve tried. And you can taste the flax a little. Can’t taste any carrot like a real carrot cake. Their banana is better

I've tried an assortment of flavors of the Nush bars. The carrot spice is the only tolerable flavor. It's got a nice cake texture, but a weird flavor that is just hard to get used to. I wanted to love these, but just not a fan.

Don’t waste your money on this flavor! It is bland and not as moist as the banana. I ordered the banana bread one first and it was excellent, so I decided to give this one a chance. NOT GOOD! Dry, bland and flakes apart. I won’t be ordering these again. It can not be returned so I literally just threw $21 away because no one in my family will eat them. I gave it one star because I don’t think I can do “0”

Carrot spice cake is a bit bland. My favorite is the Banana nut!
