Nikolai is the master escape artist, both escaping from his collar and getting outdoors. I have never had an outdoor cat before and I didn't intend for Nik to be either. He was a rescue kitty and already accustomed to going outside when I adopted him. Despite my best efforts to keep him inside, he would sneak past the dogs to escape when I was letting them outside. I purchased a crazy expensive electronic pet door that was supposed to let the dogs out and keep Nik inside. Nik figured out that when he heard the door open for the dogs to go out, he could just wait by the door and make his escape when they came back inside. As much as I didn't want him to go outside, he had other plans and found his way outside anyway. He had to have some identification on him for the times when he successfully escaped because I had already had to pick him up from cat jail once and pay a hefty fine . I knew I wanted a quick-release because I have seen disasters when collars get stuck on fences, etc. I had tried other quick-release collars and Nik made short work of them. He appeared to be laughing at me as he removed each one within 30 seconds of me putting it back on him. Even though he was quickly identified by his microchip, part of my cat jail fine was because he had no collar/identification. I searched many reviews and sites and finally settled on this collar. It was an excellent choice as Nik has failed to remove it by himself, yet it is still quick-release just in case he gets himself into a bind coming over a fence or doing whatever he does on his escape adventures. I highly recommend this collar! It is Nik-tested and mother approved!

The media could not be loaded. I love Red Dingo products! I got this for my kitten so when she goes outside the birds hear her, and to keep tabs on her when she's exploring at friends' houses. It's adorable, the color is vibrant, and I like the quality. It's been a while since I've needed a cat collar though, and I'm not sure if this is the norm, but I am just a little frustrated that the collar is not easier to manually remove, as she only needs it when I'm unable to keep a close eye on her, so I can hear what she's up to. Overall, happy with this purchase (although Gizmo was at first not happy with ber new bell toy being tied around her neck!).

decent cute collar, the bell of mine did come off, but i couldve been the one to take it off so honestly its a good collar and my cat loved it.

I thought this pink one is so attractive on my gray cat. I am buying my second one though. It stayed on the cat, but it frayed a lot, so purchasing my second one. Very inexpensive, so for the value, I can handle that. This cat is an outside cat, so I am not sure how much that had to do with the fraying. Now, I think the collar I had for my other outside cat was the same type. For that cat, who wonders more, the faster broke away and his collar is gone, so on one hand glad he didn't get choked or stuck. So, for a cat like the one I put the pink one on that stays around and is fidgety, it is easy to get on, so it has works for her. If the cat wonders a lot and the name tag may be a higher priority, you may want the traditional kind.

I love this collar for my kitty. I purchased this in August 16th, 2020. Today is October 5th, 2020 and there are no frays/rips/tears or things falling off from it. I’ve bought super cheap collars on wish.com for several dollars and those always frayed/torn apart or had things falling off from it (such as little bow ties that were super glued on the collar). This collar has a little fish & logo on it and I can tell it’s not going anywhere. It’s great quality and cute which in my opinion makes it worth my money. Very happy with my purchase and would recommend it to anybody. :)

Cat collar fit as expected

I got this to replace a pink one I got when my kitty was little. Adjust pretty easily, break away mean if the collar gets stuck somewhere it will break away letting the cat go... (if you didn't know, like me). Tiny bell, but I can hear it when she is somewhere she is not suppose to me. The original pink one, did NOT break, it was fuzzy where she had scratched at it a billion time like kittys do. I will get another one, when this one looks tattered too.

My cat typically hates collars/anything on him at all, but he doesn't mind this one. It's lightweight and super comfortable on him, but I know it won't fall off. The pull away release is also great, super easy to get on and off and super quick to throw his tags on his new collar. Love this thing! Going to buy it in more colors once he gets used to wearing this one!
