Latest update: Wow, to add salt to the wound, we received a much appreciated response from the seller offering a refund as a result of their defective product BUT the link they provided went to NOTHING and they have not responded at all to our multiple requests for an alternate way to get our refund. I bought this awhile back out of necessity and fear of running out of battery out traveling and in conventions. I have to say this thing is amazing, I mean it’s not like a tank but I’ve dropped it sometimes and there seems to be no damage. The rubberized material it’s made of, makes it easy to grip (especially since I’m the type to hold the phone rather than keep it in my pocket). It’s not bulky yet also stores enough battery to recharge my phone to almost full! Also a great perk that should be mentioned is that this can be attached to your phone really easily. Just slide your phone in, and flip the rubber top part to enclose the phone in. The only problem I’d have with this case (and not a big problem for me) is that I’ve noticed sometimes it doesn’t charge my phone to max. I remember when I was at 20 or so percent, and this case was in full charge, when I activated it. When it stopped charging, my phone was at about 78 or so. AGAIN NOT A BIG PROBLEM AT ALL. So in conclusion I’m happy with this case, and hope that it’ll continue to stay durable till next I change my phone.

Was a little concerned with buying this case as I had not heard of the company before. When it arrived, I was pleased with how easy it was to put the phone in it and take it out. This was important to me because i have an Apple CarPlay stereo in my car and use it all the time. I always had to remove the phone case and plug directly into the phone lightning port. The first time I used this case, I plugged into the case lightning port and the phone synced right up. Finally I did not have to remove the case every time I connected to the car. This was not advertised in the description so it was a welcome surprise. Case charges the phone fine, but if you are using gps, it will charge a little slower but it still gets there. I had one issue where if the phone was partially discharged and the phone was partially discharged, when you plugged it in overnight, the case would charge to 100%, but the phone would not. This was remedied after an email to support who told me a few things to try. Got everything back on track. Overall, I would purchase this product again.

The biggest pro is that it takes a lightening charger so I can charge both this and phone with just the one cable at night that I already have all over the house and in my travel bag. It keeps my phone fully functional all day long while traveling. It’s all not exceedingly bulky because it’s slimmer on the top half - a nice design touch.The con - My first one completely died after 5 months but the company responded to my review and sent me a new one. Hopefully that was just a fluke. I’d look at other reviews for that.

I prefer this battery case to others that I have had in the past. It reminds me of the original iphone battery case that Apple released, however its a bit more bulky.Unfortunately, after only 2 weeks of using the case the lightning port on the bottom has begun having issues. Plugging in headphones or a charging cable will work, but if the cable moves at all it will lose connection with the phone.I am upset with the longevity of the case, as I treat it well but still experienced issues very quickly.

Probably one of the worst 3rd party cases I’ve ever used. Literally the plug broke after 5 uses. I would have to put the charger in awkward positions for the case to even charge. I used multiple cords to make sure that it’s wasnt my IPhone cords. Secondly the charge time is beyond slow. It will take HOURS, and I’m not joking or exaggerating. It will take hours for it to reach another bar. I charged it overnight when it was at 1 bar, to my surprise in the morning, it only went up to 3 bars. I was thinking, “it’s good enough,” but nope, the case died before I even got to my lunch break at work. Which was approximately 2 hours. The phone case is not good and I threw this one back into the box and Bligh the Apple official case. Sure it was a lot more expensive but it worked a hell of a lot better than this one

I really liked the looks of this case, but I wish it was offered in more colors for my IPhone XS. I was greatly surprised when I had to use the battery for the first time for my phone when it was about to lose battery life. I thought it would drain the battery from the case completely, I only used about a quarter of the battery from the case for my phone. It powered my IPhone to 100%.It’s a bit heavy, but it’s a very protective case.

At this point I would not rate it. I need to give it another chance. Initially it did not connect with my IPhone because this case is extremely hard to install. I am currently fully charging the case and will attempt to try another install and see if it will connect with my phone.
