Awesome range, works with hard to program 2006 Grand Prix. One quirk, probably faulty unit.
Bought 2 of these to go with a Dorman FOB/programmer for my 2006 Grand Prix. I was able to program all 3 remotes in seconds. Of the 3 remotes, the Dorman had the shortest range, but the range of these remotes was amazing. I can even start my car from inside the basement of my office building without having line of site to my car outside at grind level. I am docking 1 Arar because one of the two remotes locks, unlocks and starts the car ok, but when I hit unlock, it turns on the fog lights and tail lights and they just stay on unless I lock the car or start the car. Not sure if the would eventually turn off, but after 5 minutes (the headlights shut off after 30 seconds like they should) the fog and tail light still don't shut off. So odd. I tried to reprogram it again, but it hasn't changed. Still works otherwise, and I really don't need 3 of these unless one of them fails.

Its a remote as advertised
Feels cheap and not sure if works cause you have to pay to get it programmed by professionals! Cheap though so wouldn't be surprised if it breaks the first time I drop it

Dealership accepted part.
Purchased two of these to replace my broken ones on my Grand Prix.I was a little worried at first because I had purchased these before talking to the dealership, but I gave the dealership the part numbers of the remotes and he said these were the exact models that will work with my car.$40 and 20 min. later the dealership had my key fobs working and now I can use my remote start in the winter when I don't want to scrape Ice.I would look no further for other key fobs.

For my 2005 Pontiac Grand Prix
It works at a very good distance, especially when starting car. However you need to handle it with care because it is very easy to set off the alarm. The button protrudes a bit so don't carry in pant pockets. Also a dealer needs to program this one for around thirty dollars.

Works like a new one the only issue was the programing of the new remote. Instructions said it could be done at home but they were incorrect.

I'd likely avoid these. They worked initially, but have both failed in under a year.
For my scenario, this wasn't worth the spend. It cost way more to have these paired with the car than I expected (thought it was possible to do myself and found out after the fact it wasn't). If I had it all to do over again, I would have purchased GM remotes from the dealership. While they are far more expensive, the first pair lasted over a decade, and would likely still be working if they hadn't been lost. These remotes drained batteries and required pulling the battery occasionally when they weren't dead. Neither of these lasted 6 months from the time I had them learned by the car and I was only using one at a time (and this wasn't a primary vehicle). If you have a car that you can pair remotes without having to visit the dealership, maybe it's worth buying them and batteries several times.Initial Review:These seem to have issues. The corrective action every time has been to pull the battery. It's annoying, but for what I paid, I'm happy.Update: One of the remotes has died before having it 6 months (I've already tried replacing batteries).Update 2: The second remote has died in less than 7 months (I've already tried replacing batteries).

It Works!
Works as expected. Delivered in good time and just got it programmed at a GM dealership and works great. They did the programming for free which was nice, given they were going to sell me this same key fob for $120CDN and I got it for $29 including postage. Bargain?

Great buy.
As advertised. Bought it for my gfs 2006 Grand Prix. Had the dealership reprogram it while the car was in for a recall. It ended up costing $50; Great buy.
