Q: hi, I would be using this cart going back and fourth from our cabana to the house... Is it easy to push around on decking. Do the wheels turn easy?

I don't think its primary use should be as a cart that moves long distances. The wheels are fairly small, so I could see them getting stuck up on decking. Additionally, the top wooden part with handles is actually a removable tray. If you just need to move it from one room to another it should be fine, but anything more than that I would suggest a different cart.

The top tray sits on the metal frame. It doesn't have any locking mechanisms. It is a nice design, I've been able to move it around without it "sliding off" or moving around. With the weight from items on it keeps it in place as well
