Not as pictured
The photo in the ad shows serrated edges. The two I got today have smooth edges, and those are not pronounced. In other words, the cutting edge hardly goes further to the center than the adjacent following edges. I would not recommend these to anyone who plans to use them more than once.

Debur only. Don’t expect a chamfer tool
These things only work to debur. There are no cutting edges to allow it to produce chamfers. The only chamfers you get is in the deformation of the threads, making the bolt unusable. I’ve tried these on a cut off bolt as well as wooden dowels. I’ve tried high speed, low speed, intermittent pulsing. I’ve tried cutting oil. They hardly even chamfer wood. They really are too cheap to be true! I hope to find ways of putting them to use other than deburring, rather than discarding them.

You get what you pay for, they work.
These aren't too of the line tools, and the price reflects that. But they do work and will chamfer all thread after you cut it. Good for occasional use, but if you're going to use them a lot I would recommend spending the extra money.

Damages threads!
I am not able to select less than 1 star... This tool, while it does round over the sharp edge that was left when a bolt is cut, it ends up damaging the threads so bad that the nut will not thread onto the bolt. It seems that the tool, while cutting the round-over on the bolt, smashes and pushes down the thread of the bolt, actually ruining the end of the bolt. It also leaves sharp edges on the center end of the bolt that will require a file to remove them... Still the best method to clean up the end of a cut-off bolt is to just use a file to begin with. I'll keep looking of something better, but this is not it!!!

ANPHSIN 2 pack Deburring External Chamfer Tool Stainless Steel Deburring Drill Bit Remove Burr Tool
These work pretty good but when using them you need a faster drill with a higher RPM or the bits grab material and stalls the drill. I bought these for my garage and some of the projects I do.

Ok for the price
They look good but I haven't used them yet. They are cheap so don't expect alot out of them. I gave the two stars on the durability due to material it's made with. Don't think it will hold up to alot of uses.

Does not work good
If screw tip is damaged it will burr down if done correctly. But your next 2 or 3 threads will be flattened, not allowing your nut to screw on.
