Seller quick to fix my issue, great customer service
EDIT: Seller was quick to fix my issue to make up for my previously damaged product. Good customer support by ShuHome.It looks stylish, but the quality of parts is low. Each small compartment is a tight fit for three regular tennis shoes, but fits two pairs nicely. The large compartment fits up to very large boots. However, none of the screws and tighteners fit tightly. If you want the rack to be sturdy and sittable, you may need to nail some of the pieces together. The screws for the hinge of the top cover are not strong enough and do not have enough bite to hold the seat when it is up.

Good concept, attractive but could use some improvement.
Assembly more difficult than instructions indicate. Instructions could be much clearer. Naugahyde cover on the seat is not installed properly. It developed this fold that never goes away. The fasteners inside the top shelf loosen and it creeks when you sit on it. You can re-tighten these screws and the noise goes away for a while. White back should be a different color Than white.

Shoebox with seat.
I like that it holds my shoes and has a place to sit. Very sturdy. I like the color and practical use of it in my home.
