NOVII Mobile Laptop Computer Desk Cart, Angle & Height Adjustable Cost-Effective Rolling Workstation, Sofa/Bed Side Table Stand, That Also Works Great as a Lectern/Podiu (White)

I've had this desk for less than 2 months. I just use it for my small laptop, and it is already falling apart! First of all, it was a pain to put together because the instructions are laughable. I had to use Gorilla Glue to glue the caps onto the ends of the base because they fell off multiple times a day, otherwise. Putting any pressure at all on the desk causes the tabletop to tilt, even with the knobs that are supposed to secure it fully tightened. Fortunately, I need the height at the lowest setting, because even with those knobs tightened all the way, it lowers even with nothing at all on it. And, best of all, one of the wheels has broken completely off, and another looks like it will do the same soon! The metal the wheel assembly screwed into on the base bent around the screw and literally tore, and one of the other wheels is bending as well, even though I've been very careful not to put any extra weight on it. I've included pictures so you can see what I'm talking about. This was a fairly inexpensive little desk, but since I just planned on using it for my small laptop, I figured it would be okay, I didn't expect it to be so CHEAP and CRAPPY!

First the cons: Light weight laptop works great, use caution if your placing a hefty gaming laptop, like a 10 pound 17" model. Why? The mechanism that allows you to tilt the tray can pivot forward and backward, so if as you can imagine this is also the weak link. Once I was resting my arm with a little too much force and the laptop stand pivoted downward in the front, not a big deal, there are black plastic extruding strips on both the top and bottom so the laptop didn't have any where to go. Now, I'm using a 13.3 laptop in the photo, as you can see there is plenty of room for much bigger laptops, I gave the measurements in the photos with the tape measure.Now the pros: Wow, this laptop stand is beautiful, shiny white piano style finish, high gloss. Black accents. Tubular style undermount assembly. The laptop stand rolls nice, the whole top side swings in and out which works great and you can tilt the forward or backward. At this price point it exceeds my expectations and I would buy it again. No regrets. You can also raise and lower the height.Now if the stand was double what it costs now, I may feel a little differently, but realistically what can you buy for just over $50 bucks these days, not much, that's why I say this stand is worth every cent you pay for it. For ten dollars less from this point, you get basic junk.

I have had this for over a month now, and adore it. It rolls pretty good on carpet, very adjustable, and pretty sturdy (and I have a very heavy laptop I use on this). The strips on the top and bottom are wonderful to keep stuff from sliding off as the surface is pretty slick.Was so easy to put together, less than 30 minutes. I do recommend this.

The socket that holds the wheel has come Unwelded and now the cart when moved tips over my laptop has hit the floor twice now due to this. The screws that hold the shaft to adjust the height also tend not to hold and I am readjusting it 3-4 times a day. I bought this to use while working remotely while recovering from surgery. The first two or three days were great. I was willing to live with the height adjustment but am now super disappointed in the wheel breaking and the window has closed to return it.

This table is really worthy. The table is made of metal. The material of desktop is not metal, but it's very good. The surface is smooth. There is a barrier on the table to prevent things from falling. The table can be turned at will, and I can use it wherever I am. I'm happy to buy this table. Also, it has pulley anf you can move it easily.

I purchased this stand for use in bed but it’s not long enough. It is however very useful in any sitting situation. In the living room or kitchen is ideal.

This is exactly what I was looking for! The quality is very good. It is also very good looking. The two black bar is what made me buy since it could stop my computer from dropping to the ground. Installation is also very easy and straightforward.

I like the size of the table and the mobility of it. It has a heavy duty construction, and quality parts. My big complaint about it is that the table top is very easy to tilt. Basically, if the weight is unbalanced at all, the contents are dumped to the floor. I’ve tightened every part of it as tight as I can, and it doesn’t lock in place enough to make it a stable surface. It has to be braced on something to be reliable. I’ve been very disappointed in it, and if I’m using it and need to leave it unattended, I have to move everything off of it that might be damaged if it fell. Real bummer.

I walked through at least 50 similar products before buying this one and i am not impressed by its build quality and honestly it is unusable as it is.First, one of the two plastic bar had 2 out of 3 of its screw holes stripped. I suspect this product was returned by a previous customer 2ho forced the screws too far and i got the defective returned part.Also the solder joints are terrible. Only spots are welded as most of the tube is not. Making me think again beforemputting a 3000 laptop on it (which is why i bought this table)Finally, don't believe the picture as it gives a false sense of perspective. The table does not event come close as being usable over the bed because the metal post will hit the side of your bed waaay before the table is at usable position over the bed so.. this is why i commented it as unusable, for use over a bed.Only good thing i have to say is it has quality wheels rubber for hard floors, part of the reason why i chose this product and jot another innthe fiirstmplace.

Nice looking and the table top is very nice but otherwise cheap, flimsy with no quality control. Two of the wheels wouldn't screw in without stripping the threads. I had to run a tap through all the holes. Two of the threaded holes in the plastic guards were stripped out. Wouldn't even hold the screws finger tight, I used crazy glue to hold them in. I would prefer to leave the guards off if it weren't for the 6 large holes...may just fill them with silicone caulking. The table swivels fairly easy even with both knobs tight...I shouldn't have to wrench them. I have to put some sort of non slip tape in the area where the knobs are because its annoying. Someone asked about the lowest height because the photo says 23.62 and the description says 25.59. The sellers answer was 23.62 but the table I got was almost 26". I had to cut 3" off the post because it was way too high for a sofa/chair table. This table is ok if you set it in one position and leave it there after you've got everything super tight but don't buy it if you need frequent quick adjustments or putting any weight on it or it just may tilt placing your coffee/laptop on the floor. I just want it for putting food or papers on beside my chair otherwise it would have been returned.

This is the second one of these tables I bought. The first one was great. I liked it so much that I bought a second. I didn't expect it to be perfect, it was a warehouse special and they said it could be blemished. I didn't mind the few blemishes it has but I was very disappointed in how it fit together. The holes in the base were drilled in the wrong place so that once it was put together it just jiggled around all the time. I took it apart several times to try and find a way to prevent that but was unsuccessful. Too bad because otherwise it is a very useful table.

I posted my original review below. This is an update after receiving post-purchase service from NOVII. The company contacted me to address my review. The representative was very helpful and understanding of my situation and apologized for what may be a one-off defect product that I received. I was also informed that the company is aware of some of the issues and is working with their manufacturer to correct them. I was provided a full refund due to the faulty product I received. If their products improve as promised, I would certainly consider purchasing from them again based purely on the post-purchase service and support. Increased my rating to 3-stars to reflect the excellent service.I purchased this based on other reviews. I must have gotten a bad egg. I was originally eyeing a similar but cheaper product but went with this due to bad reviews of the other product. This turned out to be just as bad as the reviews for the other product. There is rust on one of the metal pieces, and the pre-drilled holes for the screws are not all even in depth. A couple of the screws stick out more than the others. There are also some dark specs of something stuck on the top surface that I couldn't get off.It's not that sturdy, but sturdy enough for typing on. Adjusting the height is not convenient and not even worth the time so we just leave it at the height it's currently set on. The advertised dimensions are also wrong. The lowest height with the casters attached is not 23.62". It's about 25.7". Someone even specifically asked about the height and the answer was that the height in the picture is correct but the description is wrong. This is not true but the exact opposite. The surface is also not level once assembled. It slightly angled to one side. Not so much that it's not useable, but definitely not level.Overall, quite disappointed with the purchase as I certainly wouldn't consider the price as "cheap". Pay a little more and get yourself a quality product.

Very well made and versatile table.Only notes are: - The wheels were a little awkward to screw in - The tilting mechanism works well but hoping it will stand up to use being plastic. Needs to be tightened a lot to avoid slippage - The unit was completely black. I think it is better that way but would have been nice to know the materials had changed when ordering.
