Got this for the locking handle. No more accidental opening.installed quickly and it's a quality ball valve.

lock?
You can remove the nut and the lock and handle will come off. Then you can open the ball vale by turning the stem. It is a good valve and the lock would be a deterrent. But, it is to easy to bypass.
