I love them
As a long-time candlemaker myself, I really appreciate the quality and purity of Bluecorn's beeeswax unscented candles. Sometimes I'm just too tired to make my own candles and, in these instances, I always turn to Bluecorn. They're beautiful, well made and well worth the cost. I've been a long-time customer and will continue to be -- for a long time :)

Excellent quality REAL beeswax candle
As advertised, these candles are 100% beeswax. The candles come in very nice packaging as per the picture shown, without a lot of bulk and waste which makes them perfect for a lovely gift. They are also made in Colorado USA and the seller has a great website. Really important to note that you should use a votive type candle holder with the votive candles as explained on the box to ensure a proper burn. The candle burns beautifully and we’ve burned the first one a total of about 12 hours and it still has some burn left. Excellent purchase, will buy again!

Seem to burn cleaner than other natural beeswax votives.
I've bought at least two prominent brands of natural, raw beeswax votive candles from Amazon, and from the descriptions on Amazon I could not discern a difference--they seemed identical, including price. But having burned both now, I think these Blue Corn ones burn cleaner. That's because last night as the other brand votive was burning out, a significant amount of black smoke was coming from it. I'd burned it entirely according to instructions. I've never noticed this from the Blue Corn beeswax votives. My guess is that the slight filtering that Blue Corn says they do to their beeswax may remove impurities that could cause smoking. I'll pay attention to how this new box of Blue Corn votives burns, and if it gives off smoke I'll update this review. O yes, I am intentionally omitting the other brand's name because I don't want to affect their business, but if you have looked at beeswax votives on Amazon, it shouldn't be hard to figure out.

These work wonderfully to eliminate cooking odor
I've used the blue "odor killer" candles from BB&B for years and they work OK. But you can't get them any more. I had only one left so, after reading reviews, decided to try these beeswax candles.Last night my DH microwaved popcorn which always smells "burned" to me. Sure enough, this time was no exception. So I lit one of these in the kitchen and when I came back about 45 minutes later the burned popcorn smell was completely GONE!This morning the smell of cooked bacon was lingering from breakfast. Again - gone in about half an hour. And the candle doesn't replace one smell with another. They are almost entirely odorless.Further, because they are so pure, they are smokeless and burn so clean they'll last a looooong time.Highly recommend!

Unsatisfactory in Himalayan salt holder
I bought these to use in my Himalayan salt votive candleholder. At first I just plopped them in and burned over three or four evenings. But there was wax left in the bottom after the wick was gone. In order to get it out, I put the holder in the freezer, which worked great except it caused condensation and some salt melted off. Then I put a plastic cup left over from a tea light into the holder and set the candle into that. But I had the same problem with leftover wax on the sides and bottom of the holder. (I should say that the holder is the correct tight fit for the candle.) So I bought some glass votive holders for these candles (Pro Tip: put ½ teaspoon of water in the bottom. Makes it easy to get excess wax out—not possible with a salt holder.). I also got some tea lights in plastic cups from this manufacturer to use in my salt holder. Those work great.

Lovely beeswax votives
These candles burn well, at approximately the estimated time. They have a light scent, and a lovely glow. The only downside is they don't seem to burn completely--the wick runs out just before the wax, meaning there is always a layer of wax a couple millimetres thick at the bottom. Beeswax is much harder to scrape off a votive holder than paraffin, so it's a bit of a hassle to figure out how to deal with this leftover wax (and work to get the wick out so I can burn the next candle).

Awesome Beeswax candles!
So happy with these candles! Long burn time like 12 hours plus. As with all candles keep the wick at 1/8 inch at all times and redo at 4 hours max . also use votive glass holders that fit exactly and you can't go wrong. Will always re buy as long as these are available.Great price and quality
