I didn't notice too much slimming but it definately took away alot of bloating that I was having, made me feel a bit better. Fir the price I cant complain.

Don’t waste your money
I did this for about 4/7 days since i was feeling so bloated after this. I unfortunately never got to the “cleanse” packet since i wasn’t seeing any positive results from this. No other side effects

this product had no effect what so ever except a very bloated stomach. I only wanted to loose a few pounds but instead i got a bloated stomach. no wonder they dont refund if u dont get results. waste of time and money!!!!!

Found the fibre drinks great for helping to reduce my appetite, they made it easy to cut down my portion. Feeling leaner after 5 days!
