I'm sure it works for some...
But it didn't work for me. There was no appetite suppression at all. And it started making my stomach feel tight and painful towards the middle of the day. No visible bloating changes. The recommendations they made about cutting your meals in half and drinking more water is, I believe, probably what causes the weight loss. If you're changing your diet and exercising more (per the little manual's instructions), I'm gonna bet you won't need this.
