MasterClass Halo Kitchen Knife Set with Block, 5-Piece, Carbon Steel

These knives have sliced through everything I've thrown at them with ease. Knives themselves have a very solid and weighted feel to them and wooden block is heavy and sturdy feeling meaning no movement when inserting/removing knives - good price for a good knife set

I must admit that I spent a long time picking out the right set of knives from on here and I am glad with the final result at the end of it.The wood block is really good quality and the rubber feet keep it nicely in place. The wood finish is very nice also.I am not sure how other people who have bought these knives treat them but mine arrived sharp and so far they have kept their edge very nicely. I don't think they will require much maintaining either.Great set of knives that feel great in the hand and are easily controllable. Perfect set for reasonable cash.

Marvellous knives! Nice and sharp, Appropriate block. A word of caution though, make sure you clean them and dry them as soon as possible. It does say this in the instructions but not everyone reads them. It stops rust spots getting on the knives. Very much worthwhile considering buying a sharpening steel to keep the knives in good condition for use. My only issue is that there are no voids anywhere on the blade to reduce food sticking to the blade, that said, some might prefer this.

Excellent well weighted and balanced knives at an unbelievable price. Very sharp, (I'll see how that goes), but a pleasure to use with a heft that aids the blade to cut well. The block is angled quite low which is one thing that first attracted me. It makes access to the knives easier and quicker whilst taking up the same worktop space.Well packaged and delivered quickly.

Yes it's good - it was a gift for my mum for Christmas. Razor sharp too, be careful. Nice weight too *(not light and flimsy). We bought a knife sharpener to go with it, this ought keep them in good condition. Had for 8 months now and they do the trick.

we have had a knife block for years and it was never really satisfactory. Staying with our son a couple of weeks ago I used his knives and YES these were the ones to buy. They arrived really quickly and are very inexpensive compared with most. And the best of course is that they are VERY GOOD - what a difference. Good handles, and the chef's knife is well balanced.
