Within the first month of use, it leaked at the handle, but this has resolved. Not sure why this happened? It is lightweight and the hose is very flexible, which is important for my 91-year-old mother. I initially submitted a very negative review, but have revised it since the leak has resolved. Customer service is FANTASTIC!!

Great product, great design and quality

We have an older home with gold trim on our Master shower, so this shower head looks very nice in there. My only complaint would be I wish it had a little more output with water flow. Could be because I am use to a smaller head and this is wider.

Absolutely, the best shower head I have ever experienced. I love it. In fact, I loved it so much that I ordered one for my husband. He loves it, too. We took out the flow restrictor & look out! The water flow is really strong, but not stinging. Wonderful! The hose is pliable and much longer than other hand held shower hoses. It nearly reaches the shower floor which help washing a dog or cleaning the shower.

We have strong water pressure at home and wanted a shower head that could accommodate that pressure and not diminish it. Our 1st stop was home depot. we purchased a $60 shower head and returned it the next day. The one from HD had very little pressure, even after we took the filter out. THIS ONE IS IT! You will not be disappointed. Easy to install, does not leak, works great with strong water pressure.

If you want power this is the showerhead to buy! Love all the settings. It is a little loud, which is a strange thing to even say but it is. I love it...I am buying 2 more for my guest baths! Oh and customer service is amazing!

This hand held shower head is easy to use and has a couple of different spray choices. I wish I had bought it when I first moved into my home.......love it!
