The headset is very good.Clean sound, no echo. The callers also do not complain about the quality of the connection.It's comfortable to wear. Actually, I don't feel that I have it on my ear. Come charged and already talking a few hours driving from work to home so the battery it seems to be good one. Nothing damaged.When someone calling and you are already connected with the phone you can hear the number of the incoming call. Good one!

I absolutely love this earpiece sounds great people tell me I sound great it connects quickly to my phone no glitches I’m a commercial truck driver I highly recommend this item other truckers the days of paying over 100 dollars for Bluetooth are over for me.

Amazing product, very sleek and stylish. It's small and does not really look obvious like other Bluetooth headsets. I never thought I would buy a Bluetooth headsets but after getting my very first one I can say I can't not have one. Glad I choose the right one. The price was good and the product lives up to it. Just like the description says. Good things:The item itself feels goot quality and solidly built. The sound quality is very good, I'm a HGV driver and even say on top of a 13L diesel engine I can still hear people clearly! The earpiece isn't 'in-ear' style like I thought it would be, it actually rests on/over the ear canal and still provides a good seal withouht being uncomfortable. It's comfortable but I wouldn't want to keep it in for ages while I'm not even using it because it will become uncomfortable.disadvantages: It would be perfect if more earpuds

The instructions went into pairing deeply but not use of product. I wanted to know how to receive calls and make calls so the device could be used while driving. I did set it up, cell phone paired (done this with many products). Had my wife call me from two different phones, each time the device announced the incoming call but after tries of calls and pressing the MFB button I could not be heard on the other end. NO instruction on dialing. I emailed the company for more information on use and all they sent me was a copy of the information in the box. Couldn't wait to return this piece of JUNK.I did receive a great reply from Croania including large photos of both the headset and its controls and the functions for the headset control buttons. They even offered me a free unit to replace the one I had gotten even through I had received credit from Amazon. I would never take something free, only a replacement for a defective unit.The device may have been a repack due to the looks inside the box and that may have been the reason I couldn't get it to receive calls. Again the customer service couldn't have been better in the end and I thank them for the effort that made to make sure I was happy. The only reason I still give it the Four star rating is because of the fact that it does not have the dial out function which I needed it for. That is not Their fault. I should have checked that out before I purchased it.So in the end it was a pleasure working with them!

the reviews and thought that at this price I really couldn't go wrong.They paired easily and fit well, in itself a miracle as I must have the oddest shaped ear canals as no other buds ever fit, ever!These stay in my ears well, haven't fallen out and the sound quality is really good. I have used then whilst talking on the phone and they are equally as good, and have moved between calls and music without any drama.I tend to listen to my music rather loud, and yes I know that it isn't good for me, but I do it anyway and these are genuinely very, very good.I spent $200 on beats earbuds that kept falling out and didn't appear to be any better than the iPhone buds I was using at the time (which also kept falling out) so was expecting something similar, just at 1/10 of the price and have been so wrong.

Came quickly and is priced well. Battery will last a day or two with heavy use. Mine stopped taking a charge and wouldn't turn on after about 2 months. I'm contacting the company now to see if I can get a refund or replacement. We will see what happens.6/5/19 update. I emailed the company and explain the situation and sent them a picture of the receipt with the email. No questions asked they sent out a replacement and I had it a few days later and then back up and running again. Great little device and people on the other end say they can hear me clear with very little to no background noise. Battery lasts a day or two depending on usage and it's comfortable to wear.

Love these Bluetooth Earpiece. The softness of the earpiece is exceptional. I've never bought Bluetooth anything before so I was a little skeptical when I bought it to go with my new iPhone. However, as soon as it was charged I had it hooked up to my iPhone and working within a few minutes. It come with three different size ear cushions so you can't go wrong. It have wonderful sound and that is between going back between music and the phone was effortless. I take it everywhere with me. there always handy and ready if I come across someone who doesn't know how to keep quiet. The instruction book could be a little larger but overall this is a five star product. I highly recommend this product for anyone who enjoys listening to music with earphones
