Great for a range of ages
We purchased this book for our granddaughter for Christmas. At this time she's 33 months old. She loves anything that goes, in particular, Thomas the Train and Paw Patrol, and she refers to her tricycle as her "motorcycle." She has asked everyone to read the book to her, so it's clear she likes it. She seems to dwell on one image in particular, the one of the mountain road, where she likes to trace the road. The book is short, so a child much younger than she would enjoy it as well. Also, there aren't a lot of words on each page and they're in large type, so I suspect that when she starts to read in a couple of years this will be one of the first books she can read by herself. It manages to be cute and entertaining, while also making a point of good safety practices and while showing that motorcycling is for both boys and girls. If there's one gripe I have, it's that the illustrator might have drawn Mimi as the pilot in one of the two places where Mimi and Moto are on the same motorcycle. In one case, Mimi is on the pillion seat, and in the other she's in the sidecar. It rates 5 stars, though... highly recommended.

Reading at least 10 times a day -_-
Personally don't care for the illustrations much (seems like there was some rushing), but as far as my motorcycle obsessed son (under 2) is concerned... He LOVES this book. Seriously, I can't decide if I love or hate the fact that we read it 10 times a day at a minimum. He now repeats the last word of every page and really loves labeling everything. Please make more in the series so we can read another motorcycle book ;)If you have toddler that loves motorcycles (or anything that moves) this is a great pick. Worth every penny to me because it usually distracts him from asking to watch the TV or from whining etc...

Bold illustrations for toddlers
I purchased 2 copies of this little book for my littler grandkids, based on reviews in the AMA magazine. While it IS very cute, and nicely illustrated for toddlers, I had hoped it would have included more about Mom, Dad, Grampa and Gramma riding too. We have a family affair with motortcycle riding. I think the best review came from my 2 1/2 grandson -- when we were visiting, he ran and got his 'Mimi and Moto' book and said 'Let's read Mimi and Moto, Gramma'!

Couldn't wait to start reading it to him and start sharing my love of motorcycling
Got it for my son as soon as he was born. Couldn't wait to start reading it to him and start sharing my love of motorcycling. He just turned one and he loves it. It's his go to out of all the children's books we've gotten, so mission accomplished as far as I'm concerned. Simple enough for a toddler, fun illustrations and I love the fact that it covers all kinds of different riding and scenarios. So glad someone the author saw this niche and filled it!

Best Book For Motorcycle Enthusiasts to Share with Kids
My daughter LOVES this book! She has been around motorcycles her entire life and when I found this book, I was so excited. She is almost 2 and responds very well to the simplicity of the book. She usually says the last word of where Mimi and Moto like to ride their motorcycles. And I love that they wear their safety gear :) Highly recommend.

I like it!
The pictures are large and simple. It IS for a real young'un. I'm going to give it to my 3 1/2 year old grandson, because I want him to like motorcycles just like his Big Mama, but I could have easily given it to him when he was two. I'll be glad when the alphabet one comes out!
