A really well written book about radio receivers...highly recommended !

If you use a soldering iron and oscilloscope this is a very good discussion of radio theory, circuits and hands on experience. Joe Carr is the best at what he does, and this is a very good example.

When I ordered this I knew nothing about Radio technology at all. My Dad is into HAM Radio and seemed to love this as a Christmas present. He said it would be really useful for when he wants to build his own tech and look up terms and such. Good buy if you've no idea though!
