Unbelievable! Resolution is superb! Ease of installation was a dream! (My last set of cameras I had to do the whole Port Forwarding thing..a nightmare...I would have to devote 1/2 day to be on the phone with tech support). Installed the free app and camera in 10 minutes.My only gripes...the instructions aren't that clear. There is a button labeled FN on the camera, I still don't know what that does. Also it was unclear how you pan/tilt the camera...FYI..you just swipe up/down, left/right. And it needs a power source..it isn't battery operated.But overall, I am very pleased. If you have been intimidated by installing security cameras or think you need a professional, no more!! Great product!

These cameras have fulfilled all of our needs as baby monitors. For a price comparable to the "best" baby video monitors out there, you can get much better quality and functionality out of the Fujikam setup.We returned several of Amazon's highest rated baby video monitors because of the poor video quality, crappy functionality, and slow feedback. With these, you can view from any device with an internet connection (phone, PC, tablet, etc.) and you have 2-way communication, pan/tilt/zoom, and wireless functionality (through WiFi).Would highly recommend. On the downside, I can see setup being an issue for those who are a bit less savvy with such things...

Awesome product...just ordered my 4th one...Had a question on set up and customer service was awesome...called me the next day...to check on my units....Great value and the APP on your smart phone is awesome to view while you are away...

I wish to express my thanks to your support desk personnel. These gentleman were very patient with their instructions and accomplished all of my request with complete understanding. We bought this to monitor my father home. I live over 1,000 miles away. If you want to watch live view 24/7 then the camera works fine. However, if you want to watch any playback, be prepared to spend 2 hours to watch 1/2 hour of playback. There is missing sound. There is no way to download a clip remotely to watch in on your own computer, which would fix most of the playback problems. There is no fast forward, so you can't skip over things you don't want to watch. The internet speed on both locations is fast enough. So that is not the issue.I tried emailing the company about the problem, and the email address in the pdf manual is not a good email address and was returned.All three camera's that were purchased came in the same pack. Not one of them has the same firmware version.Be prepared if you purchase this product you will probably be on your own without any support from the company.

I have had 2 of these camera's for over a year now. They have excellent video quality. They DO NOT have any customer support that will respond via email or telephone. The cameras were purchased from Amazon as gifts. They are go be used for security and are set to record motion and provide an alert. This worked for about 3 months and the FUJIKAM did an update and they have NOT recorded motion ever since. Totally useless for security unless you are watching the live feed at all times. Numerous emails and phone calls have gone unanswered with the exception of a generic response that they are having troubles and my satisfaction is priority number one. What a joke!!!! I am a very tech savvy person and the problem is within their software that they screwed up and will not fix.
