It gets really hot but it has 3 speeds.

I love this dryer because it allows you to adjust how far forward the hood comes. Other dryers that claim to do the same thing don’t quite execute it as efficiently. I have tried several and this one is by far the best for that feature.I have thick hair and this dryer can hold a full set of purple (medium sized) rollers. It’s also quick on drying time.Sadly, the dryer is very very loud. But for me the hood adjustment feature outweighs the noise.

Don't have to wait for a hair appointment to dry my long hair. It didn't get hot enough, but that may be due to it being a new dryer. But it otherwise works well.

Bought this as my mom has a an older version of this hairdryer however, it never really shot hot air, which initially I was OK with because I thought that that’s how it was supposed to work. I have curly hair right below my shoulders. It’s low porosity and thin, so technically, my hair should dry within 40 minutes to an hour tops however, using this dryer, I have to stay in for over, two hours in order for it to be 95% dry. This is such a waste of money and I don’t know if I can return it given that I bought it back in May and have only used it twice because of travel. What a disappointment…!

My mom is 96 and uses rollers but it was taking 3 hours for her hair to dry.With resurrecting this old stand by that was an house hold item, my moms hair is complete from start to finish in an hour.And it’s warm in cozy.It’s much lighter than the old dryers, so easy to lift and store.

High pitch noisey and have to be careful not to pinch fingers putting it up or down.Heats up nice...used it to deep condition hair. Planning to use for roller sets

Does the job

Good heat control. Locking devices as plastic rather than metal so I wonder how long before they will snap off. It is difficult to adjust the height of the hood. When you lift the hood to enter or exit, the height settings change.

Pretty sure it arrived defective. The “high” setting doesn’t work and the low setting is hotter than medium setting, which both are barley hot

A bit flimsy, lost of air here and there, very noisy, problem folding it, wanted to return but to costly to do so plus the restocking fee, i was left with not much at the end.
